Yesterday Google removed the age demand from 18 to 13 for teenagers who want to connect Google Plus, bringing Google Plus in line with Facebook age policy. Google VP, product management, also introduced latest features for adult users.

If teenagers post any message in Google Plus that are seen publicly, Google will show a popup notification alert them that anyone can view and reply on their post.

Also, for Google plus Hangouts, if somebody who is not teenagers circle move into a haunt, the teen will be erased from the video chat service.

Horowitz also noted that, by default, teens can only interact with people they’ve located in their circles by default, though this is the same setting for adults.

Google is also working on a latest Google + protection Center for teens, parents and instructors.

No doubt this is a move to further inflate Google+ usage. Google proclaimed that 90 million people have created accounts, though later accepted to some fuzzy math. Plus, Google is now pushing new users to connect Google plus by default when signing up for a latest Google account.
